Exercise is the greatest thing we can do for our selves, it allows us to have a far better quality of life.

I agree, Great information.

Keep moving everyone, don't just sit around and get weaker and weaker until we cant breath at all.

Thanks for good information. I ride a stationary bike 4-5 times a week for 15-30 minutes and it has helped. Only trouble is that the bike is in the garage and it's cold out there right now but supposed to warm up in NC soon.

Sitting in front of the computer is my worst vice but I ordered a peddler ( sp?) to help with that too.

When I am paying bills I have 3 lb weights on the side of my desk so I can use those between bills.

I'm 75 this year and have a number of health conditions so I'm trying to make the best of all of them. Not always easy.
