Boldprint, that is an interesting website but before I sign up for something else, since this is a virtual walk, I assume it is "scouts' Honor" kind of thing. What if you can't walk as fast as you want to do the scenery, keeping in mind that this is a government website, do you think anyone ever skips ahead?
And do you think they are watching? :)))
Being honest I hate never jogged for pleasure, though I love the treadmill. Until recently I could go 45 mins at 2.5 mph. But recent declines have had a adverse impact on my ability. I don't see how this helps you, but there you go. Take care -- Bill
However, yesterday my pulmy suggested mild exercise and deep breathing. He has never done that in 3 years.
I don't have COPD/Emphy. No diagnosis as to why I am hypoxic.
It surprised me that he suggested this, though I am glad he did.
As long as we use an oximeter, I think it is a good idea for those of us who can do tolerate it.
