I am so sorry to hear the symbicort made you so ill!!You mmust have been allergic to somting in it . tell your doctor you want something else..
It would be good if we could all use Spariva and that is all, except a nebulizer. But some reason thry put us on those coaticosterids.

I use symbicort so far with no problems...I do not know what costochondritis is, but it sounds really bad!!
Keep that exercising up, and let us know what DOCTOR said about the inhaler.
