It’s not only okay to laugh during recovery, it’s important. Searching hyper-vigilantly for danger everywhere is exhausting. Give yourself a break. Or two. Or as many as you can.
Depression can also be a symptom that arises. To battle this one, make sure you get some laughs in. Look at your favorite comic on youtube or watch your favorite comedy.
Here is one of my favorite funny clips. Dave Chappelle talks about open racism: http://youtu.be/VU28Pv26nNQ
Anyone have a favorite tool for relief they'd like to share?

Yep, "The Office" or clips of the office. Also for some reason, Beavis and butthead. For some reason watching that silly show makes me think that everything is going to be Ok. Thanks for the Dave Cheppelle link - I love him! Here is a good office link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgIvNxv6W2w&list=PL921E6C0EE4ACD247

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
