I am also a little more than halfway through my vaccine challenge! I too had sinus infections all winter and spring. I also had Meningitis this past December. I have lots of nasal discharge as well. I take the original mucinex to help it drain, so that it doesn't cause a sinus infection. however the drainage is annoying and grossI have been off of antiobiotics for a little over a month. I al so started a new nose spray, hoping it helps!

Hey, this is a big issue for me! It sucks! I do sinus rinses. They are really nasty and you definitely want to be over a trash can or sink because snot will come pouring out, but I find when I do the sinus rinses and then use my nose spray I get more relief. When it becomes an issue to where I'm forming lower respiratory pneumonia I go on a few rounds of antibiotics. I hope you find something that will give you relief!

Yeah the last year I had mrsa and lots of other bacterial infections. Now I have to massage my sinus area and blow really hard and huge clumps of green sticky comes out. I'm glad it's coming out but is there no end?

Sometimes there is truly no end! I have had years of constant sinus issues. That is one thing for me that never goes away, I just make it manageable through sinus rinses, nose sprays, antibiotics, etc. The clumps of gunk never stop coming...quite amazing that my sinuses can produce so much crud! And it is really embarrassing when it comes shooting out somewhere public! Hopefully you can get it cleared up...otherwise it can be maintained. You just need to stay persistent until you find a regimen that works. Hope you get it cleared up soon!
