Yes, women can be color blind also. I am color blind in 1 eye because of medical reasons. I do see color, but only with my left eye.

So far as I understand the only way to be color blind in one eye is by some kind of injury or damage or of course you only have one eye. But I have read of people who are only color blind in one eye and it was an injury of some nature
