Colon Cancer Support Group
Colorectal cancer, also called colon cancer or bowel cancer, includes cancerous growths in the colon, rectum and appendix. Many colorectal cancers are thought to arise from mushroom-like growths that are usually benign, but some may develop into cancer over time. The majority of the time, the diagnosis of localized colon cancer is through colonoscopy.
Two years ago my hubby and I took a driving trip across the U.S., we were gone 31 days, we saw family, friends and lots of other stuff (6 months later dx with cancer)
So we are gonna do it again !!! We leave L.A. this Tue, gone for 35 days this time. We will see family and friends and other stuff. I will also be having lunch with Diane and her hubby, can't wait to give our chemo-sabe a hug, yup the hug will be from all of us here. I will have limited access to computers on this trip so won't be able to respond much. Onward we go !!!

What a great thing to do. I'm sure you will have fun and let your body relax. Give Diane an extra hug. She has given us all so many areas to research for more knowledge as well as her prayers. Have a wonderful time.

Kate, yes I met Diane on this site. We started our cancer/chemo journey at the same time and finished at about the same time. I'm looking forward to meeting her.
