It all started with flu....and then...Bang!
I have had extremely bad tonsillitis for about a month now. I think i was getting better and then few days later it hits me again. I think the antibiotic were working but i finished 2 lots the doctor has given me they are still giving me hell.
I had never had tonsillitis before in my life until a month ago. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I don't really want them removed but.....I'm about ready to rip them out myself. They are causing me so much hassle.
Any advice i would be grateful.

When he took them out and I was awake, he said they were so enlarged, rotted underneath and diseased, it was good that they were removed. But it was hell to have them out at age 30.
Tonsillitis is a mainly viral and rarely bacterial infection in the tonsil. If you are having pain then have pain killer. If your report is showing bacterial infection then antibiotics can be taken and if it is due to virus then anti-viral pill can help you.
