Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...

Whatever's stressing you out, gotta find a way to let it (some of it anyway) go, release it, shut out the world and everybody in it, and relax into you, for a certain amount of time every day. From what you described in your previous posts about your family, they expect you to be superwoman! And this Simon character, with his constant bitching and negativity about his inability to find a job and finances piling up isn't any help either.
Let's try to create a positive: What would it take to make you feel less stressed and feel more happy and content? Yoga/meditation? Massage/spa treatment, as often as time and money allows? More sleep? Different career? A roommate who has employment? Cheaper place to live? More love? More time alone? All of the above?
Identifying that will help you identify ways to achieve it.
