I have not been feeling so well for a couple of days and worse today. Still in chronic pain and just not feeling so well. When I do not feel good or in chronic pain I cry alot and take it out on others.
How does anyone else handle pain or just not feeling so well?

I have ad pain a lot of times. It's definitely not easy to handle but sometimes physical therapy help with chronic pain but it just depends on what is causing the pain. Hope you get some relief and I just let the person it's not them and I'm just in a lot of pain that is making me irritable :)

Hi ladydi, I have been going through the same thing. I have had chronic pain with a slipped disc which has been going on now for 8 weeks. I am trying to ask for help and not being to hard on myself. I ask those around me, who need to know, if i'm having a particularly hard day, can they please be gentle with me. Men in particular need to know how they can help, as they are fixers and not usually as intuative as females. (no disrespect men) . My husband worries therefore he becomes techy, if i ask him to rub some ointment into my back or even place the tens machine on for me he feels that he is helping... it helps him to help me. I also become tearful and then just ask for a hug....Don't forget that some pain medications can also alter behaviour so don't be too hard on yourself x

I'm with charliegy... , Try some physical therapy. I had a bad chronic pain and last month I had been deeply depressed so my doctor tryed to put me in site treatment. He changed my medication It worsen my condition but i seek for the support of good friends. They are there. Look for them and try a psychlogist too. I had a christian one and she is more like a friend to me. It helps when someone cares and hear what you need to express. If you don't have one. You have me. I survived last week with great effort and the help of my doctors and closest friend. But remember, no one cares the better for you than our Lord. You can write me if you want to talk a mlittle more. Take care, my dear.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
