And it is a mistake to call your self as "stupid" and especially to call your self that when you simply forgive your own family and loved ones. That is a virtue and not stupid.
When your sister comes down and does not tell you then that means that there is some thing wrong with her - she is the one sneaking or hiding or slipping through - so she is not able to deal with you or with your depression.
I really say that you are taking on far too much of a load by claiming that you are "allowing" that to go on, or that you "allow" it to happen, because you (we) do not have that kind of control over the situation or over what other people do.
You say that you removed your sister off of your Facebook, but I say that it sounds like your sister is in greater need of you than you of her.
It is very likely that you are the strong one, and it upsets you because your sister is not as strong as you are.
That is how it is with my own family in that I have done my homework on myself while they fail to do what they need to do, and that is what irritates me about my own family.
Just my perspective - to take it or leave it.
