So I got out of the psychiatric unit on Monday after being admitted on April 27. I have been so codepenedent, that I forgot I was diagnosed bipolar in 2007.
My mom is never any get this diagnosis and I'm okay with. Today I found myself awake early this morning, not being able to sleep and sending an e-mail to my two older brothers about me being bipolar. For some reason it brought me to tears.
The only to family members I haven't told our mighty dad and my sister, I just assumed to my mom will. She was with my dad and she talks my sister almost every day.
My mom feels that I pray enough and take a multivitamin to do with my anemia then life will be all good, and that's so not going to help. I love my cazy family and my crazy life :)

I live alone, so it i a safe place, messy but safe!!! It's amazing how the correct medication can help! I have truly started working step 1. Just attending meetings doesn't seem to work :)

Welcome back allicat. :) As the daughter of someone who is bipolar, I encourage you (that if you are on any) to take your medicine religiously, even when you feel that you do not need it. I am so glad that you are back home and that you love your life and family.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
