Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...

Nobody else commented here in near 24 hours so that is a sign to me that there is a distinction here.
The 10 things you listed are fine for a healthy life, but I see very little in dealing or healing the actual codependency.
What about establishing your higher power?
And what about creating new boundaries?

What about recognizing feelings?
Controlling your emotions?

Have you healed your inner-child?
Can you now date or mate without dysfunction?
Have you established a functional relationship with your family of origin?
Doing the physical task are great and yes do them, but treating the codependency and its assorted dysfunctions requires some thing much more deep.
Just my perspective here, based on my own years of research and experience.
Focus on ONE THING! Work on that for 90 days - that is how long it takes for a human to create a habit.
So pick one that seems of value to you and work that. You have the rest of your life to "fix" things. Stop trying so hard to "get it done".
Oh and try to ignore those comments from others who are constantly judgmental. Decide for YOURSELF what is best for you. Stick to that without excuse just because you choose it.
Unless you have chosen to rob a back or steal a car, what others think about your particular choice, how long it takes for you to "get there", what path your journey takes or anything else about you really matters very little. Others are on their own path. Those who constantly judge are generally running from making choices for their lives and trying to justify that by telling others how to live.
