Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...

For me all is well until things are crap when all my codependency acts up during that case i either call my sponser, other coda members, go to any 12step meetings, try to be surrounded by healthy positive people... if nothing works i dont think twice to go to fitness center or schedule an appointment with therapist or write my issues in hournal or daily strength ...
Just a thought, are you smokin street cannabis? Only ask because I have a legal smokin license and it makes a difference in what you're smokin for medicinal purposes.
If not the right medicine it can bring you DOWN no matter how hard you try to take care of yourself.
Then the sugar munchies makes it worse......just a thought cuz I been there. :-))
Blessings on your journey.
It was always any and everything I can to help others. i am even going to order flowers for myself on my birthday this April. Whoo Hooo. I may go to a spa in Santa Fe. Oh la de da. Just for moi.
Fyi, I let out I smoke cannabis but that is because i have PTSD. It is the only thing that helps me. Thanks God it is legal and i am legal and it is tested and organic.
I do the Goddard (sp) muscle test to determine what products are good for me and what weakens me. Salt is so bad for me. Sugar. Ironically black pepper is good.
Beware, this one is a yucker.
Have you checked out Omega3 in plant oil yet? Not to freak you out but the plant oil doesn't rot in your gut like the fish oil tends to do in some particular products sold on the market.
Good you stopped the nightly alcohol regime as it will interfere with sleep patternes and will indeed cause sadness. Good call cndy2010.
