Here is the background why this happens, All ACA's go through so much drama in their life starting from childhood that our brains are addicted to drama at cellular level and normal is boring... therefore when there is no drama we create a drama experience in our head to function normally.
The only way i found to break it is not going into loops of thoughts and identify it when its happening and when it happens focusing on a healthy behavior .. May be some physical activity or being around people in 12 step meetings or journaling or listening to music or reading language of letting go or walk the dogs ..... Basically diverting your mind from the looping thoughts..
If even this doesnt work than i ask myself questions what am i feeling? what do i need now? Is my inner child vulnerable? if so how do i be loving parent?
it does take time for the whole process and finally i come out of it...
i no more react based on my drama feelings anymore.
