Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
Thanks.
Instead, I propose that when a list like this is created, the Solution is also offered at the same time. Because to condescend and say: "They have a Balanced and Mature Outlook on Life" offers me very little in the way of how to go about achieving it. For me it creates a visual of the perfect family, having their perfect lives, while I continue to screw up. Unless I get my tongue surgically removed and keep my mouth permanently shut...
I have no problem with capital letters - and I can't imagine telling someone how they should post.
As i understand it we post and reply here for our own healing - and we are not required to post things in such a manner that it fits someone else's idea of what is correct.
Sorry thegobetween - but I felt the need to speak up. I think your list is quite helpful.

1. Caps was unintentional... I copied and pasted headings from the chapter Habits of Emotionally Sober People from the book Emotional Sobriety.
2. About the content Some thing that which is liberating can be a hot button for others.. All that i shared is something that i felt liberating for me in Tian Daytons book and thought it might help others, My intention was not to be controversial.
3. I cannot offer solution base here ... Author has done a lot of effort in researching and educating herself before she could put this down in her book. Please buy a copy if you are interested.
4. I didn't frankly know CAPS sentences can really upset people. My mother tongue is not English.
