Emotional Blackmail by Susan Foreward a good read.

Listen to that little voice, that niggling feeling when you are around the person you suspect. Do you feel uncomfortable? Do they say things that you suspect are put downs/? How do you feel about yourself when you are with them? Are they guilttripping, blameshifting, demanding or trying to talk you into doing something you will regret or encouraging you to participate in something that will damage your self esteem?
Whose Pulling Your Strings is a great book that will help you to recognize your vulnerabilities as well as to recognize when someone is attempting to manipulate you. I forget the author's name, sorry.
