Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
I've also tried guided meditation. Not really sure what other way to try. Seems to help a little when I do it regularly but when I get in a depressed funk I just dont really have an urge to do it even though thats probably the best time.

Unfortunately I don't have enough experience with meditation to be able to tell you what to do when you're depressed. I guess it's just the same as when I go to the gym. I'm not fancy going but I know from experience when I start doing the reps I will feel good, so I just force myself to go anyway. It might be the same with meditation.
Good luck to you!
