Blessings to you,

I only wish I had a mother who would have treated me with respect as I was a loving daughter to her no matter what. I know your roles are reversed. I would just keep telling her I am not willing to tolerate this any longer and if you don't have anything nice to say to me then please do not contact me as you health is very important.
Check out books like Louise Hay You can Heal your Life or The Sedona Method is about just letting go of things. Also do atleast one positive thing for yourself. Have you checked into natural nutrition and chiropractors. They have helped me a lot. I know it's hard as I have anxiety and reflux and some health issues from the abuse I suffered in my family in the past myself, but taking one small step a day will help. For every negative thought and anger you have stop yourself and replace it with a positive one.
Just remember tough love with her will be the only option. That is what I told my mom. I said I don't want to argue or continue the way we have as it's not healthy.
Best to you and keep in touch and let me know how it's going.!
You can't go back, only forward! Be an inspiration to others and put a smile on just for today.....:)
