Muchas Gracias to all who hugged and welcomed me warmly. I moved this summer and had my 4th interview w a school system when I was hospitaized. Haha! I called to cancel the interview from the hospital. So I'm hunkered down where the principal's secretary wouldn't hear a "code blue" called. Lost the position
On the job front, I interviewed for a Monday -Friday, 9;00-2:00 job teaching for the Dept of Defense. I jumped on it! Yay! No benefits, but I can keep Cobra. I just took a 50% pay cut, but there's no way I could have worked a classroom full time. God knows.
Weight is still dropping. Long talk w nurse and we dropped Lasix. I'm shriveling. SO IS MY FEAR. Ultrasound n idk what else on Friday. (Friday's off for dr appts!)
I'm not going to let this disease take over my life. Thanks again so much for encouragement. I have a feeling we're going to get well acquainted. To all who are hurting, or have loved ones that are, I give my best hugs, and hardest prayers. Tucking in so I can function.

Congrats on your new job. Don't stretch yourself too thin. Good luck on Friday with all your tests!
