Other times it's my entire body, it's almost like I'm shivering from hypothermia. Used to think it was just wintertime cold doing it, but the more stressful my life has become, the more it happens. I do take 0.5 mg of Xanax which helps a bit, but I'd prefer to be on as little medication as possible.
See my doctor after an MRI in about two weeks and will ask him what might be going on.
I don't notice it any other time other than times of stress so there must be a connection.
As WTC said, with liver disease we have to be so careful of taking medications for every little thing. The less we take for things unrelated to our liver disease, the better we seem to do. So much is damaging to the liver. Wish I had known more about that years ago before I found out I couldn't take Tylenol by the handsful. I
