I just had something happen for the first time that scared me to death. I was standing doing the dishes and out of nowhere my liver got a extremely painful cramp.
It was quite debilitating for about 15 minutes, I just stood there thinking I might need to get to a phone to call someone. It was a pain that I had never felt before , I couldn't move.
Finally it eased enough for me to go to a chair and sit down and before I sat down, it was gone!
Has anyone ever had such a thing and if so, what is it??

What I've experienced in the past has been similar, but doctors told me it was the "capsule" surrounding the liver and the connective tissue holding it and other organs in their proper place.
It still might be worth a doctor or ER visit. They can tell you for sure what's happening.
