Reached a milestone yesterday doc says my hepc 1a is undetectable.However i have stage 4 cirrhosis they tell me not to seek treatment (i have 48 wks. of follow up labs). has anyone of you faced a similar situation? any feedback most appreciated.

I am no expert but what kind of doctor said to not seek treatment? I would find someone that practices medicine. So many of the folks on this site have lived long, somewhat ok lives even after getting dianosis. I would say keep researching and keep living. TO give up should not be an option.
I care for my husband and he is 3rd stage. From what I have read here many have worse symptom than his and get somewhat better. I have hope that we still have a life to live together.
Don't give up the HOPE!
