I have to decide on the paint color for our house this weekend. I will try I
to go to the house and test a few more samples.
Other than that, hopefully I can go to church on Sunday. It is really h ot and humid here and no rain yet. Humidity is so high it is like an oven and hard to stay outside for long.

Oh, I love frozen yogurt! And ice cream, and cookies, etc., etc.

I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow...that always makes me feel better, church on Sunday, and that's enough for me. It's terribly hot here, too, so I don't like to go out too much.

I am recovering from shoulder surgery/manual manipulation proceedure that I had done yesterday!
I was already at Physical Therapy today. Of course, I'm taking a lot of pain medication. I'm actually doing a lot better than I thought I would.

So, I don't have anything planned but shoulder exercises, etc.

Shopping for household items,going to Ruby Tuesday's for my mom's birthday,later in the day swim party at neighbors,Sunday take motorcycle to my son's.rest up for a busy week.

My apartment is getting painted so I have to get everything off the walls. I'm going to bed early with hopes that my shoulder pain will calm. I did some additional work with floaties at water therapy. I'm wondering if "no pain no gain" works in this case. I'll find out tomorrow, grrrrrrr!

I'm going to my grand daughters 5th birthday party. Cake and ice cream with lots of hugs and kisses. Then she is coming home with me for the weekend. Warning I'll be worn out sunday night, lol. But it's worth it. Spending time with my angel tops it all.

I went swimming and had a dove bar now I am watching the true crime channel as I am addicted to it. I believe in another life I was a forensic scientist or a serial killer LOL

Manny, There is talk that the reason Casey Anthony wasn't convicted is because people are so used to shows like "CSI" that they expected all the facts to line up perfectly like they do on TV. I thought this was interesting.

You and I were separated at birth! I love serial killer, murder mystery, crime stuff and I love forensics--specifically forensic medical examiners. I loved this stuff LONG BEFORE CSI happened and CSI is hocus pocus anyway.

LOL ducky and manny. I took courses in crimimal justice "before I knew what I wanted to be". Never did figure that out but you guys rock...it takes alot to do that. I don't watch CSI, so I don't know...was just making an observation.

Too funny! I love the crime shows, too!!! Can't stand sitcoms or 'chick flicks'. Of the tv dramas, I love NCIS.

Ok...I admit it. Mark Harmon really makes my heart go pitter pat!

Reading these posts is so life affirming. All of you are so vibrant and vital. It is obvious that CP has not changed that inner core of who you are as individuals. I know all to well how difficult the day to day struggle is with CP. And the fact that you can still find joy in life is a testament to how powerful your personalitys are.
