My RA stuff is better, BUT my hipflexor is killing me, got trigger points injections yesterday all around my left shoulder, so I was up all night with that. actually I have the ice bag on my shoulder and neck while im typing. haha

in chronic- how many pain clinics have you been too? im glad you understand where i'm comming from. i hear it takes a few tries to find a good pain doc , i hope you find a good one, they are out there, i'm gonna keep on trying untill i can find one.
i hear it takes about 4-7 tries to find a good pain doc for us. we should keep on truckin.
