Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

sorry your pain is not good today...remember pace pace pace yourself...do not over do....
I had two students this morning who took the driving test today....first one failed a 2nd time now and the other passed on his first try....so happy for him....now I just need to print a little certificate for him to use with his insurance to hopefully get some small discount from getting car insured....he owns his own car already....
I am now in holding pattern waiting on FedEx delivery from Walmart....I ordered a kitchen cabinet online with free shipping,...they showed up leaving note on door yesterday afternoon while I was out...so hoping they come today...
I am just going to sit in living room and watch TV today...I have decided for the most part I am parting with staying in my bed watching TV because my chiropractor showed me what the posture in bed is doing to my neck....I am not going to continue to hurt my neck like that so sitting on couch in living room is only alternative....I usually just sat up in bed against the headboard with pillows behind me....nope that posture hurt my neck....no more with that stuff...
I worked out where all the drama came from yesterday. Grandma has been venting to hubby about how horrible my kid is... and it put him in a mood to look only for the worst in her. Compound that with her being so used to having to fight to have any say in what is going on, and it is a recipe for disaster. I talked to hubby about it last night and when he got that ah-ha moment he just relaxed.
so far she has cleaned half the kitchen and started some Monkey Fingers (bananas and peanut butter frozen and dipped in chocolate). then she helped me condense five boxes into three bin which are labeled and ready to go into the pile of packed.
I also get my riding partner back!!! I can ride with someone who rides like I do rather than people who have no clue what they are doing with a horse!!! (Me? excited?)

Busy Bill, maybe you will enjoy the break of staying in for a bit. But then again, you do like to do!
I had my first therapy pool PT this morning. OUCH. Now, I'm in significant pain! But, I'm going to try and go out with my husband. He has time off, yeah!
Low pain and high energy to all.
I just might pull sheets and pillow cases off bed when the first load is in dryer and run those too....would be nice to have fresh sheets again instead of coated with little white doggie hairs everywhere....
