I tried ambien--and I would be told that I was up eating or being on the computer watching tv and I remember none of it--it was quite scary -what if I had tried to drive?

Has anyone ever tried seeing a pain psychologist? I am currently seeing one and he does WONDERS!! He is teaching me some relaxation techniques and has me listen to CDs @ home that somewhat hypnotize. Nothing heavy duty mind you and even if it only lasts during listening time, it's totally worth it!! He just gave me a new one where I kind of leave my body and leave the pain with it. I'm hoping that I can get it to last a whole night/day. He records them himself.
I was referred to him by my pain doctor and he is in the same clinic.
Just some food for thought!
BTW ~ I make a mean black bean salsa!!
