Seems like you are on very low doses. I would talk to your pain doctor , one 10 mg tablet may do you. Wish you the best.
He usually gives me trigger point shots, or he will put me in the hospital to break the pain cycle and bring me back to "normal", maybe if you call they will see you.

I am on Oxycontin 80 mg & 20mg 2xday and for breakthru pain I take Oxy IR(instant release) 5mg,2 casules 2xday. I have tried vicodin, morphine, methadone, and fentanyl patch & lollipop, plus a few i'm sure i'm forgetting. Some thing don't work for certain people while being a god send to others. All you can do is try them til you find the one that works best for you.
