Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Remember, the Doctor works for you, and he/she should be able to listen and take care of your pain, if that is not happening, is time to find a new Doc.
Soft healing hugs,
Tipper
I know I'm under medicated, but I also can't be impaired for work. My therapist told me that if I'm still in this much pain, a higher dose isn't going to impair me.
I don't know how I'm going to work anymore today, but I have to. I'm struggling so much to keep going that there is no joy in my life.
I can't believe how tough you ARE that you are still working!
I hope you can find a workeable solution to your pain and need to function at work very soon. Sending blessings your way, Kristi :)
This is what I'm trained to do...and I'm pretty darned good at it. It's just not fun with the amount of pain I have, now.
So...what am I supposed to do instead???
