That's not bad news, both are pretty easily fixed. Eat a healthier diet and add some iron supplement and you can fix both of those.

Yes I can I am glad that it was not serious I just have to eat healthy and make sure and test my blood sugar also have to stop drinking soft drinks. That's going to be a hard thing to quit cause I drink them everyday
