Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
How long have you had EDS? I think you're around my age - Doesn't it just bite you in the ass to have these health issues? You seem to have a great mindset about everything, though. I commend that.
I really hope that things get better for you soon. I also wonder if you're a Spartan fan?

I did love reading about the short walk you had with your daughter. Those moments are so precious. My heart goes out to you and your family and the strength it takes to get through this day by day.
Give your daughter a little kiss for me for her brave little heart.
but I can relate. I have done that soooo many times where I feel better, the sun is shining and I got out and do just a tad more than my body can handle and bang! excruciating pain all over again. It's nearly impossible to avoid those situations even if we stay home! So the best thing to do is to grin and bear it and look forward to another sunny day where we may be able to restrain our enthusiasm just long enough to enjoy without creating chaos.
Big Hug to you and good luck today,I hope you feel better soon!
