yes finally thanks for the support, just trying to time the 24 hour period when I will have as little contact with my family, I have a little over 2 days of meds left. And I wish the inspector wasn't coming tuesday

Good Luck! And remember, it's still a painkiller. Just b/c it was developed for drug addicts doesn't mean it won't work for pain. I wasn't able to do it b/c of my diagnosis and needing muscle relaxers (also b/c I found out the clinic's nurse lied to me and I wasn't putting my life into the hands of a liar.) But I've heard good things about it, too and many from people here.

Be careful, follow the instructions to a T and be sure you let us know how you're doing. From what I've read you will get pain relief just not the bad side effects that some opiods bring at 1st. Pain relief is the best gift you can get right now so again, good luck! I'll say a prayer for you and please, let us know how it goes!

thanks Jen yes I got all the skinny on this stuff, hey I've tried everything else my only other option is a pain pump and after the cortical stimulator fiasco I'm not letting any docs put holes in me again. Thanks again feel good its 4am just woke up wow slept late today ha ha

yay mark.....you know you dont have to wait a full 24 hours before taking it...i waited about 8 hours after my last dose of oxy ,i was hurting really bad,belly ache...i took it and within 20 mnts i was pain free and no belly ache....

yea mark...as long as you take it when its just a bit after time for your old meds,you will be fine to do that,trust me,ive been on it twice and thats how i did it.

.the thing is,you just have to be hurting and it be bout 6 to 8 hours after your last dose of narcotic.....no need to wait till your bout to die!!!!!!!!!!...and this was on advice of my docs both times..you are going to be shocked on how good you will feel!!!!sometimes i wish i could still take it but theres a stigma in my community bout if you have been on it even just for pain relief,some docs think i must have been an addict,lol...well ....my body is addicted or dependent...

I am glad for you remember it will not be nice try to sleep it off get some therflu medicine and one thing do not do is take it early it will throw you into really awful withdrawals and you do not want that.

Do not have anything planned but just sleep for the last 12 hours. I would try to not even have your family around if possible it is a ugly thing for them to see but once you take the suboxone in about 20 minutes it will all go away and you will feel like you did before

I'm happy for you, Mark. I sure hope it works for you, and I'll be thinking about you for the next couple of days, I hope tomorrow is not too bad.
