I dont know when I will have surg, I think I can take care of him, for now. I have to work tonight,Iam going to get a note from dr that my pain is worse at night, and cant work nights.

UMMMMMMM, you just had surgery, I would call the sales tax people and see if an extension or something can be done to prevent the lein being put on your home. Usually, with just cause, like illness, they may take any penalties off, and hold up on further action. Can't hurt to try, call them, explain what is going on, then follow up with a letter. Can't hurt to try. Also, any of your credit cards, if your unable to make payments, call them, you may have some hidden disability insurance on them, and my attorney said, they may even pay back the last few months that you made payments while disabled. Sure wish I had had this advice when I first applied for disablity. Anyway, all they can say is no..........at least you tried. My attorney says the credit card company will do all the paperwork after you inform them you are temporary disabled. I say temporary because you talk like you are going back to work soon. I worked for two different tax departments (state) and if you had a just cause, we always tried to help, be it, I never worked for sales tax, but it is worth a try. They will not discharge the debt or interest, but may abate any penalties, and give you some time to pay. Good luck.

i dont mean to be so blunt on dogging your husband it just burns me when men do this, that they come first not in my marriage it is 50 50 and that is the truth i wouldnt have it know other way

i think Wayne is right of course get yourself well because i will tell you what is going to happen like i have ESP he will get well you will support and take care of him then he will say just wait until we catch up and then you never will

Plus just because he says his back hurts he cant have surgery doctors want at least one year of P.T., rest and other options done like spinals and such before they will even touch you, so if his back just started to hurt it will be at least a year and Mri plus other test you just cant walk in the hospital and say i want surgery

he has a history of back pain, he's had one surgery already, his dr isnt "cut" happy, so hopefully they will rec. pt first!

honor why dosnt he have more compassion then for you if he himself have been though this he knows it hurts
i feel so bad for you, you work and you have your family to take care of and being in pain is a full time job i hope you have some good meds to tie you over if not please ask doctor for something to ease your pain
