Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I start my day at 4 am and finish at 8 pm, 4 kids, on holidays.
Stress with the cp also adds more pain.
We are getting older not younger, and one little pain can cause more pain in other areas.
Pushing to have a sort of decent life have to push ourselves more.
If it's the water we in oz are getting it also.
We have winter on the way.
i also agree that i feel down when i see how nice it is and i would have been outside doing anything and just don't have the energy literally to take an elevator downstairs and go walk.
i agree with smile, too. we have to factor in the aging process, plus the pain which brings certain pains and health issues of their own. i don't have kids, so i don't have that added pressure.
I had such a sudden onset that I am still trying to learn things and I only seem to be getting worse and more frustrated by the day. This time last year I was in photography school, active in my aa recovery program, always out taking pictures. Now I don't even have the energy to walk out to the mailbox. I went to the grocery store on Saturday and just finished putting away the groceries last night.. All I know is that I am worse for the wear than I was in August when I first started going to the doctor's when I noticed something was wrong. I am still mourning the person that I used to be and learning how to live in this life of CP.
Gentle hugs,
Jenna
Theres meals to make, washing, sleepless nights, driving them to sport and attending that.
I'm a taxi driver, cook, maid, shopper, when they trip over when i'm laying down and they always get my foot.
I do parent nights at school.
I mop,vacum,mow the lawns,garden.
I tale them to the park, childten events.
I make bubble baths, etc etc.
My hopes for myself were dashed one time to many, now I just fight to make it one day, sometimes just one hr. at a time.
I stand in awe and am humbled by those of you able to accomplish as much as you do in spite of the CP.
CP has just made my other issues so much harder to carry:(:(
I dearly wish this wasn't happening to everyone else!!!!
I've said it b4 and I'll say it again, I''d gladly take on all of your CP in a heartbeat if it were possible. I have no children, no family, I could do it,
there's nothing left to lose!!!!!
((((((((((tender hugs))))))
