Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Talk to your dr about anti-anxiety meds for moments like these. They will help you settle down and be more restful. I have them and also asked my dr for extra anti-depressants for those extra stressful moments. It does help.
Many blessings and relief to you,
Toni
I know all too well the feeling of despair you are in right now. Sometimes giving up seems like a viable solution to end your misery, but when you think about all the repercussions of that on your family it is no longer an appealing solution. I believe you know that already.
The mere fact that you reached out here with this post is exemplary of your strength and determination not to give up. Just know that even the stongest of us need a little help here and there. This cannot be done alone.
I agree with the others about talking to your doc for additional and/or increases in your meds. Also, talking to a counselor experienced with chronic pain would be a great outlet for you.
I hope you find your way through this soon. You need your self to deal with this for your family and your self.
Hugs,
Sis

The others have said such important things to you. I will just say "amen" to all that's been said. I will also do the best thing I know to do: pray for you!
I pray that you realize how loved and cared for you are: by God, your family, and your friends here.
Blessings to you....ELizabeth
I'm sending out some special prayers for Kris. If we all pray for him and each other things will calm down eventually.
God bless you and get some extra rest Kris. We need you here too.
