A few weeks back I wrote that since I was taking my new medications I was actually sleeping. I spoke too soon. It has been 3 nights since I have slept. I take my meds, go to bed exhausted, and toss and turn. I have tried warm baths and nothing helps. I guess I am destined to be a zombie and forget about sleeping for more than an hour at a time. Now not only am I not sleeping at night I can't nap either. I give up.

Hi from sleepless in Australia!.. I've had about 2 hrs of broken sleep, every time I moved, which was apparently about every 10 minutes, pain woke me up until I finally couldn't stand it anymore and got up at 3am. It's now nearly 8am and i feel like hell and know from experience what a long shitty day its going to be..as if cp isn't bad enough without adding exhaustion to it! Here's hoping tonight turns out better for both of us.

I hope so and Bill that is with a sleeping pill and melatonin. Maddy I completely understand. I was so happy when I slept thru the night for 3 nights in a row. That was it. Not much I can do except vent. Thx
