Hi all,
I know Rebel7 is a part of this group. Some of you may know or may not know she went in for surgery yesterday for endometriosis in a last ditch effort to help with her pain and way of life.
I recieved a message last night. Brooke (Rebel7) has had severe complications in her surgery. They managed to sevvre the main artery in her leg and she had 6 blood transfusions. She is now in intensive care on a ventilator. Lucky to be alive. Please send your prayers and love (as I am sure you will). She is like a big sister to me, and I know Brooke is special to all her friends :)

As of today Brooke has had 14 blood transfusions, one plasma transufsion and 1 platlette transfusions. Her heamoglobin dropped suddenly overnight and they are worried. Shes just had another CT scan as her legs are hurting where they took out the 3 blood clots from yesterday. Ill let you all know more when I know.
Brooke is urging everyone to donate blood for people who need it as am I !!!
Today Brooke was taken out of bed to shower however it made her feel very tired. She said she might be getting moved out of ICU into the ward tomorrow which would be absolutely FANTASTIC! She keeps getting a fever though which could stop it :(

I will pray for this girl too. Dang sounds like a lawsuit there! I'm not one to sue people but in this case dang! I think I would! They need $ to pay for extra hospital bills. Even though their fault they will charge. Trust me. But focusing on this lady....God be with her and her family and friends. Send her our thoughts/words/support please.
FINALY!! Great news to report!! Brooke is being moved to a ward today and out of ICU! :) She was gotten up and done some walking not much, but a bit. She is now considered stable =) She has a few complication (havn't been told what) but they are happy with her progress. It will be a long and slow recovery though. Brooke wants to thank you all for your prayers!

Lynneat - her private health insurance and medicare will pay for it. She wont be out of pocket (in australia it's different to the USA). I think she should be compensated a bit.. but the doctors were unaware her atery was there, the endometriosis had moved it :(
