Hi Guys. I am reaching out to see if any of you have experienced what I have been going through for years now. None of the doctors seem to have an answer for it.
I get severe muscle spasms (charlie horse) all over my body. I get them in my feet, hands, chest, neck back, stomach. You name it I have had one there. There are days when I have several a day which leaves me sore and tense.
We have looked at diet, enzyme imbalance, etc. and it all seems to be ok.
We have been able to get the spinal pain under control from time to time but my muscles are ALWAYS sore and tense.
If you have experienced or no someone who has...how were they able to fix it? Muscle Relaxer don't work.

I assume you went to a neurologist for an evaluation - what was the neurologist's take ?

Potassium is the only thing I hear is good with muscle spasms...it could be lactic acid build ups? that is what helps the body build muscles....

Go to a movement disorder specialist. Could be dystonia.
