You are right, it is SO scary to go through it. The first time it happened to me my husband called 911. I was feeling better by the time they got here and alost didn't go to the hospital. But the EMT's said I looked really pale and I should go. I was a little low on potassium but certainly not enough that it was a big deal. So I really think it has to do with that nerve. I am going to tell my doc about it and see what he says.
Since I'm about to lay down and STILL have heartburn (which will become acid reflux when I lay down) I think I'll take the Pepcid and stay AWAKE awhile, see if it works. My body is desperate for sleep and tonight's my last night to actually GET enough sleep till Wednesday night.
Thanks- you just may have saved me another panic attack due to acid reflux and other stuff! LMK what your doctor says- this isn't the 1st time it's happened with a sour stomach.
