Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Good luck on Monday:):)
I wish you lived closer -- I need my hair cut something awful! I hate to go to a salon, cause it makes my neck, back & legs hurt. My daughter used to cut my hair, but she moved to Mississippi -- and since I'm in Michigan, that's a little too far to go. LOL
I hope your meds keep you somewhat comfortable today -- they NEVER take the pain away completely. Wouldn't it be nice to have just ONE pain-free day?? I can't remember when i didn't hurt.
Take care & let us know how your doctor visit goes on monday. Hugs, Lee
Hope today is better. You are really wonderful for helping out people who need haircuts. Having hair look nice makes me feel better all over. You are one of the special people in the world.
Did an angel guide you?
Hugs,
Cherry
Hugs,
I tell myself that the heat from the coffee will make my meds work faster. Can you tell how much I like coffee? We have a relationship.
Hugs
Im new hear, so sorry to hear that you have hasd a rough start to the day. i hope you enjoy your catch up with your friend.

I'm only here for a few minutes at a time because Painful muscle pasms seem to be taking over one side of me. Meds aren't touching it, either. I guess the hairdo I did earlier wasn't the best idea for me...but she looks good!
I'm tempted to take extra meds that I have leftover from a previous attempt to relieve this...not sure if I should. Either that or I'm going to entertain the idea of a big glass of wine!
OWOWOW,
Cherry (taking my breath away)
sorry the pain is getting to you. i wake up having to change positions too and it's a crap shoot to see if i'll get back to sleep. i get my coffee ready at night too. there is good coffee here and i like it strong.
hope you get some rest and relief.
I actually went to get my hair colored and cut today, and it certainly makes me feel so much better. My stylist and I have become friends, so I always enjoy going and catching up. You are mighty sweet to do your friend's hair. I think styling hair is an art form....that's what I tell my stylist. I tell her she looks like she's working on a painting!
Anyway, just wanted to say hi, and hope you feel better.
Elizabeth
I'm a hairdresser! That's why I did my friend's hair. She has no money woes and insists on paying my regular rate, too. I've had to take a break recently and want so much to get this pain under control so I can get back to making a living.
I have a friend who is taking a bigger interest in my problems than my doc is. With some research on her part and what appears to be more intelligence than my doc, she may have shed some light on things.
Now...to talk to my doc about it on Monday...yikes. I hope she'll listen, for once.
Hugs,
Cherry
