Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
If you have a PM doctor it sounds like it's time to talk to him/her. Keep a daily journal so that you can explain you're daily situations and capability.
I'm sorry you're struggling and I hope it gets better for you,
David.
If you can actually get yourself to work... you are doing a spectacular job!
Hang in hang on...
**Strong lady** you are....
Blessings,
Mary
Then of course, mother nature called, and I was forced to get up and go. And I logged on to DS. And I reached out for support. And received it. Thank God for you all. I am feeling better this afternoon than my day started out. I am less depressed, but I still have lingering thoughts of this morning's morose feelings.
Tomorrow is another day, and I will wipe the slate clean and try to keep my head in the game. I made some progress this afternoon, did some laundry, and fixed myself lunch. That's enough for today.
Thank you friends, for your kindness. You really never know how your positive words may help another. Today, you helped me.
Peace,
Pinky
Sorry you are having such a hard time. In my brief time here I have never seen you do a "poor me". I agree with others that you deserve to vent and be honest. Being in constant pain is very frustrating and draining. Also, if you can still work, you are a hero in my book. Really! You will get through this. Hugs, Kristi
God Bless
Try a mental vacation of a few long deep breaths and visualizing your favorite travel spot........ Aruba, Jamaica, ewww, I want to take you. I enjoy adding music to my break as well.
I'm going to wish you several mental breaks today. Pamper yourself as much as you can.
You can do this!
