Good morning everyone. Not feeling as good today as I have the last few days. Started off at 5 out of 10 but only about 4 now.

I guess I never realized before that going to the hairdresser could cause problems.

I am doing very good after having a busy morning and even going to PT and increasing what I can do on everything. I am very tired but my pain is about a 3/10 which is great.

Took a housecleaning, Pink pre-op kinda day yesterday. My skin feels as though it is ripping away from the muscle. Lovely.
I still give it a 5/10 since i slept well.

feeling fair today. Not much pain, just the fatigue trying to settle in. Horrible cramps in both calfs do=uring the night. Will ask the doctor about that in the morning . list me at 4/10
