Good morning all! I have been up since early in the AM. CP plus some kind of virus or flu so I'm inching up on a 9 today. Fever & aches & pains to go with all the other aches & pains! Some days you feel too bad to get out of bed and too bad to stay in it! LOL...

Hope everyone else is doing ok today and has a good one!

Had an absolutely crazy night. Nightmares with people standing over my bed. Scared the be-jeebers out of me. Anyway, I'm about a 6/10 today.

Took two hours of tossing and turning to fall asleep, woke every hour and a half after that.

Pain at a 7/10

I will be off to bed shortly (11:20pm). The day was good with good results from regular blood tests (Diabetes)but sitting in the car and walking around the shops took it's toll so my pain is up to about 4/10.
Hope that you all have a great day and that everyone has less pain today than they did yesterday.
Will drop by tomorrow night to see how you're all doing.

I am doing much better but am expecting to be in a lot more pain tomorrow because I have to go to the free clinic today. My pain is a great 2/10. And I finally had a good nights sleep last night. PT is really helping.

Hi~
I'm kind of new to the forum. my pain typically run a 7 or 8. I have Fibro, Crohns,MS, DJD, spinal stenosis, hernaiteed dics, Fx rt. ankle with metal pinning and a few other goodies as well.
I'm finding it increasingly harder to stay motivated.Thanks for listening.
