Pain is 5/10 and I can take it. Off to the CA state fair!!!!

Slept fair and I slept on my arm so it swelled up. Let's call it 7/10.

I am in quite a lot of pain because of having to clean up after my toilet flooded my bathroom. I am still not suppose to do bending. 8/10 pain I just hope that I didn't set myself back. I had been doing so good.

Hi everyone, I'm a new member, with off and on struggles with myofascial pain syndrome. Today, a bit achy in the shoulders, but slept longer and better than usual (although perhaps a hefty dose of Klonipin deserves the credit).

I'll be interested to learn about other peoples' experiences and contribute my own. I've been on a long journey and have discovered some helpful approaches to dealing with my particular condition, so if anyone else has this as well, feel free to contact me.
