today I am just very tired because of PT yesterday. I am stiff. My pain isn't that bad. 4/10 I just have my busy days and my slow days and today is a slow day.

8/10...epidural injection at C3 yesterday and woke up with what I think is Strep Throat. (My daughter had it last week) I'm sure that's helping the pain...HA!
