Thanks for getting this started early this AM! I'm relatively OK today... 4 or 5/10. So much to do at work... so little time. Trying not to get overwhelmed as I know that makes the muscles knot up.

I'm at a steady 8/10 today.
Plus, I'm right in the middle of a damn hot flash!
Those on top of the pain is getting unbearable.

I am still recovering from over doing it in PT on monday. I am going to PT again today. I am sore but my pain has improved ever so slightly so I would say it is an 8/10

Hello all, Still feel very uncomfortable writing anything, after what happened to me here tha other day.
