Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Did you have to pay extra for that or was it a gift from the surgeon for the FBS?
HEHEHEHEHEH
Rain definately effects my mood..I actually find it very calming and I love the gray skies etc. My pain is worse when it is rainings/cold in the joints of my knees, hands, ankles and hips....my arthritis in my back is not affected.
Sorry your pain is higher...have you ever thought of maybe a sunlamp? I used to go sit in the tanning bed room with the bed on (I DO NOT get in the bed/tan)...but just to sit in there and feel the warmth and the light really, really helped me. Maybe you could give that a shot?
LOL...I am a pearlescent, opaque, milky white ghost...but I loved the heat too and it really, really did help. The light also helps with moods especially depression or sun deprivation disorder.
Much love and understanding,
Lisa
