My pain today is out of control. I just got to ride it out and get through it. So I read my inspirational notes and thought I would share.

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon

I am doing ok today...called the doctors office to see about getting refill on Narco....they did not call me back...I sure hope I do not need to make appointment to see her to get my pills...
