Whats anyones experience, i do ok with short acting oxy, but tired of the up down pain situation, if opana is oxy and morphine that may be good? I just am heating about the bad coating they put on oxycontin that it is making peoiple sick and doesnt work as fast, is that the only kind they have now?
The opana is an opiate like morphine same family it's not morphine though. If you don't have insurance it'll cost you $1200 or more for 90 pills. Because of the price most insurance has to go through an approval process. They only agreed to pay for mine for 1 year. They had to make sure I'd tried all the less expensive drugs. Which I had.
I take dilaudid 8mg 3x daily for BT. I'm on the strongest opana available 40 mg ER 3x a day. I'll be switching back to MS contin next month. I get immune to the medications very fast so my PM dr. rotates my meds.
