Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

I will pray For you
Hugs.& love,
Mary Ellen

Good for you for knowing your triggers and looking out for YOU right now.
Quitting smoking is VERY VERY hard to do... one minute at a time.
Good luck with quitting smoking, know what you mean about triggers, everything can make you want one can't it.
Like the others i'd like to know how you stopped and if your using anything like patches etc..
